A bright and airy space with a minimal, monochrome aesthetic. Featuring a neutral palette, light cool-toned wood flooring, and elegant accent pieces such as a micro cement dining table and curved boucle sofa. With 3 different rooms to choose from in this studio and an abundance of natural light, it’s the ideal setting for shoots of any kind.

Our largest space. Equipped with a curved cream boucle sofa, dining table set up, styled shelves, a variety of stools and side tables and our signature subtle limewash walls.
On the other side of the curtain you will find our French panelling set up - featuring an alternative seating area, extra large curved gold mirror and decor such as vases, dried flowers and more.
We’ve added linen curtains on this floor to help you divide these two areas, which makes for an additional dreamy backdrop too.

Our cosy bedroom and vanity area. Perfect for UGC, lifestyle content and family portrait sessions. We have a boucle double bed, dressed in our classic neutral Homebody aesthetic.
Our vanity table is the perfect space for you to get shoot-ready. We have hairspray, makeup remover, cotton pads and other products to help you freshen up.
We also have a beautiful curved Victorian balcony on this floor.

Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to have the perfect day at Studio 22. Your host will be tucked away working in this space - available to help if you need anything.
We have a fully stocked coffee corner with a range of milks available, a sink, microwave, cutlery, dinnerware and a fridge/freezer.

When you enter the studio the first thing you will see is our fitting room/storage area with enough space for you to store any suitcases or bags.
We also have a full size steamer tucked behind the narrow curtain next to our styled shelves - to ensure your outfits are always shoot ready.
We are continually adding to our props cupboard which you can find in the kitchen area.

Yes. Studio 22 is a professional daylight photo studio designed for photography, video, brand campaigns, lifestyle shoots, and film production. The high ceilings and large windows provide consistent natural light throughout the day. You are also welcome to bring your own lighting equipment should your shoot require it.
How many people does Studio 22 accommodate and what are the rates?

Studio 22 comfortably accommodates up to 15 people. Hourly hire starts at £99 per hour, with rates reducing for longer sessions up to a full 8-hour day.
