Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

  • Bookings are non-refundable however we can offer studio credit if cancellations are made at least 48 hours before your booking date

    If you cancel or enquire to reschedule less than 48 hours before your booking, no credit will be offered

    If you are rescheduling - your new shoot date must be within 3 months of your original booking, Please contact us directly via email hello@homebodycollection.co.uk where we can book in your new date for you

  • Cleaning and damage fees start at £50 and will vary depending on the severity.

    Please be mindful of dirty shoes, food, drinks and makeup. There is a cleaning charge for any marks left on soft furnishings.

    Please ensure you are using a coaster for drinks anywhere in the studios, especially the white dining table in Studio 22 and the marble tables in Studio 23.

    For the white dining table in Studio 22, please be aware the chairs do not tuck in under the table. Take extra care when moving these pieces as they are easily marked/damaged.

  • By booking the studio, you agree not to engage in any form of disrespect or abuse towards the Homebody Collection team. We maintain a professional and collaborative environment, and any violation of this conduct will result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund, and a ban from booking any Homebody Collection spaces in future.

  • Please be aware that our studio, situated in a Victorian building with high ceilings and windows for natural daylight, may feel colder than usual during winter months. Despite heating facilities, the spacious design of the studio may impact the temperature. By booking, you acknowledge this characteristic of the space and understand that our team strives to provide a comfortable environment within these constraints.

  • Pets are prohibited in the studio unless explicit written consent has been obtained from the owners. A flat fee of £50 applies for pet presence, an additional cleaning fee may apply only if necessary. Pets are not permitted on soft furnishings. If bringing a pet, our studio host will oversee compliance with these terms throughout your visit.

  • It is the clients responsibility to look after their personal belongings, and check the studio space after their booking to ensure nothing is left behind. All belongings should be stored securely within the studio space and never left in the public corridor outside.

Studio Rules

You will be provided with a printed copy of our studio rules when you arrive for your shoot. We require a signature from you and will keep this for our records. If you have any questions, a studio host will always be around to help.

What You Can Do:

  • You can move the furniture within each floor (not between floors)

  • Leave all of your belongings in our fitting room area

  • Help yourself to the available amenities (fridge/microwave/coffee corner)

  • Access our props shelf for more options to dress your setup

  • Park in our "Reserved for Studio 22 or Studio 23" spots or any other unreserved spots

  • Play your own music on our speaker (be mindful of volume)

  • Please use the shoe cleaners provided to avoid bringing dirt into the studio and leaving any marks on the floors or furniture

What You Can’t Do:

  • Do not stick anything on the walls without permission from your host

  • Do not leave anything in the hallway outside the studio

  • The use of flammable substances, fire and smoke is not allowed

  • If you break anything, you will be charged at the end of your session using the billing details on file. We keep an up to date inventory list of everything in our studios and the fee will reflect the original purchase price.

  • Watch out for loose and breakable parts such as table tops and mirrors

  • Don't let anyone who isn't part of your team into the building or studio

When Your Time Slot Ends

  • Please put everything back where you found it

  • Make sure any extra props are put back on the prop shelf

  • Put all used dishes in the coffee corner and rubbish in the bin

  • Please report broken items

  • Double check you have all of your belongings

    Your host will do a final check of the space 15 minutes before your session is due to end. If you’ve had a self-access session, our cleaning team will arrive within 30 minutes of your shoot ending and will report any damages to us.
