    We have a beauty station, steamer and clothes rail to make sure your outfits are in top shape, a tripod with ring light to capture behind the scenes footage of your event, storage for suitcases, a kitchen stocked with premium teas, coffee & bubbly to celebrate!

  • We are able to accommodate any length of event time from 2 hours. Our most popular event times are below however if you have a custom request, just let us know on the form below.

    ENTIRE SPACE: 4 HOUR EVENT

    £670 + £150 refundable security deposit

    ENTIRE SPACE: 8 HOUR EVENT

    £1200 + £150 refundable security deposit

    IMPORTANT

    For event hire we require a security deposit of £150, due to increased risk of wear and tear or damage as we allow more people in the studio. Your guests are your responsibility. If the space is returned in perfect condition, you will be refunded your deposit within 48 hours of your event.

    • All events must have a guest list or confirmed attendees in some capacity, even if it is a free event. This is for health and safety reasons and to help us plan ahead and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

    • If you are hosting a free event and do not have a website, we are happy to set up an RSVP on our website for you.

    • We do not currently have the capability of setting up projectors during day time events, due to the natural daylight in our studio. Please consider this if you are hosting a masterclass or something that requires screens/projectors.

    • As per our standard studio rules, all guests must respect the space and team, keep the noise to a reasonable level and return everything as it was provided. Click here to read our full terms and conditions.

Can I hire Homebody Collection as a creative event space in London?

Yes. Homebody Collection offers two beautifully designed studio spaces for private event hire in South West London, SW18 — set within the Grade II listed Victorian-era Royal Victoria Patriotic Building. Both studios are available for brands, creators, and businesses, with flexible event hire starting from 2 hours and capacity for up to 30 people.


What types of events can be hosted at Homebody Collection studios in London?

Our London studio spaces are available for a wide range of events including brand activations, product launches, pop-up shops, masterclasses, workshops, creator meet and greets, launch parties, and private content days. For bespoke event enquiries, don't hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to help.


What is the capacity for events at Homebody Collection?

Studio 22 holds up to 30 people standing or 20 people seated for ticketed events, and up to 20 people at a time for drop-in events. Studio 23 holds up to 20 people standing or 15 people seated for ticketed events, and up to 12 people at a time for drop-in events. Both studios can be hired together for larger events.


What are the event hire prices at Homebody Collection?

Studio 22 starts from £490 for a 4-hour event and £870 for an 8-hour event. Studio 23 starts from £380 for 4 hours and £640 for 8 hours. The entire space starts from £670 for 4 hours and £1,200 for 8 hours. All prices exclude the £150 refundable security deposit.
