The Studio Host is the most important role at Homebody Collection. Our friendly, accommodating team is what sets us apart in the industry, allowing us to provide an exceptional client experience which we take great pride in.
We’re looking for 2 new hosts based in South West London, who would benefit from switching up their routine by working from the beautiful Studio 22 a few days per month. Offering everything you’d usually have to pay for at a co-working space (unlimited coffees, wifi, parking, kitchen amenities) for free, in exchange for welcoming our clients and being on hand to answer any questions.
This role allows you to work on your own business from an inspiring new location, connect with other business owners, and have regular access to our studio for your own content needs.

The main responsibilities of our hosts are to be carried out as soon as the client arrives and when they are packing away, and won’t take more than 30 minutes each time. From helping a client locate the studio, to showing them around and making them a coffee. Once they are settled in, you’ll be free to get on with your own work. Make yourself at home in our designated working area and let your creative juices flow.
You will be offered some hosting dates and times 1-2 weeks in advance. The amount of days you’ll be hosting will vary from week to week as we’ll have 5 hosts on rotation. Our minimum shoot time is 2 hours but you are more than welcome to be at the studio outside of booking times (before or after) on your designated days, to work in the space and create content for your own business.

Welcoming guests & giving them a tour of the studio - we will provide all booking details with you for your designated days including name and contact number of the client in case they are running late/need help finding us
Reminding clients of the studio rules
Sharing the wifi password & helping them connect to the speaker if they need it
Making teas/coffees when guests arrive
Replenishment of milk/water/snacks (ordered & paid for by HCo, just let us know what’s missing)
Being available to answer any client questions as they settle in/work through their shoot
Making sure the client has left the studio in perfect condition and reporting any damages to the owners
Using our beautiful studio as your personal workspace - great if you want a change of scene and somewhere you can shoot content for your own business (for free - see perks below!)

This role is best suited to business owners who need regular use of a luxury studio e.g. photographers, yoga/pilates teachers, online course creators, content creators
This role is great for admin/laptop work but not suitable for people with call-heavy days
Must live in South West London or the surrounding area, and be able to reach the studio within 30 minutes
Must be a friendly, confident person who can maintain the exceptional service and reputation of Homebody Collection and is comfortable speaking to new people
Reliable, honest & self sufficient
Great communication skills (with HCo and clients)
Remote worker/self employed
Must be able to commit to 1 day per week, with 2 weeks notice to terminate the agreement

This collaboration is an hour-for-hour exchange. For every hour you host, you gain an hour of studio time for personal use.
