The perfect location for personal branding shoots and elevated content creation with a clean, modern and neutral aesthetic - staged as a lifestyle set with various backdrops for you to choose from.
We have free parking on site, a beauty station, a steamer and clothes rail to make sure your outfits are in top shape, storage for suitcases, a kitchen stocked with premium teas, coffee & bubbly to celebrate! A studio assistant will always be on hand to help throughout your booking (working from our kitchen area). Make yourself at home, connect your music to our speakers and start creating pure magic.

What’s Inside The Studio

When you enter the studio the first thing you will see is our fitting room/storage area. Equipped with a clothing rail and enough space for you to store any suitcases or bags.
We also have a full size steamer tucked behind the narrow curtain next to our styled shelves - to ensure your outfits are always shoot ready.
We will be continually adding to our props cupboard which you can find in the kitchen area and will have more options for artificial lighting/tripods in the near future.
Please bare in mind we are a daylight photo studio - the images you see on our website were shot on a cloudy, grey day and show the abundance of light we have.

Our largest space. Equipped with a curved cream boucle sofa, mid century inspired dining table set up, styled shelves, a variety of stools and side tables and our signature subtle limewash walls.
On the other side of the curtain you will find our French panelling set up - featuring an alternative seating area, extra large curved gold mirror and decor such as vases, dried flowers and more.
We’ve added linen curtains on this floor to help you divide these two areas, which makes for an additional dreamy backdrop too.

Our cosy bedroom and vanity area. Perfect for UGC, lifestyle content and family portrait sessions. We have a boucle double bed, dressed in our classic neutral Homebody aesthetic.
Our vanity table is the perfect space for you to get shoot-ready. We have hairspray, makeup remover, cotton pads and other products to help you freshen up.
We also have a beautiful curved Victorian balcony on this floor.

Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to have the perfect day at Studio 22. Your host will be tucked away working in this space - just give them a shout if you need anything! They’ll also make sure to keep the coffees (or bubbles) coming.
We have a fully stocked coffee corner with a range of milks available, a sink, microwave, cutlery, dinnerware and a fridge/freezer.
