Work closely with our team to host an event your guests will never forget. With our stunning lifestyle set as your back drop, easily accessible South West London location and unique props & features, Studio 22 is the perfect neutral space to make your own.

Everything You Need To Know:

  • Key Features: Natural Daylight, High Ceilings, Two Floors (750 sq ft), Kitchen Area, Fitting Room/Storage, Unique Furnishing & Free On-Site Parking.

    We have a beauty station, steamer and clothes rail to make sure your outfits are in top shape, a tripod with ring light to capture behind the scenes footage of your event, storage for suitcases, a kitchen stocked with premium teas, coffee & bubbly to celebrate!

    A studio assistant will always be on hand to help throughout your booking (working from our kitchen area). Make yourself at home, connect your music to our speakers and enjoy your special day.

  • 4 HOUR EVENT

    £480 + £150 refundable security deposit

    6 HOUR EVENT

    £600 + £150 refundable security deposit

    8 HOUR EVENT

    £750 + £150 refundable security deposit

    IMPORTANT

    For event hire we require a security deposit of £150, due to increased risk of wear and tear or damage as we allow more people in the studio. Your guests are your responsibility. If the space is returned in perfect condition, you will be refunded your deposit within 48 hours of your event.

    • All events must have a guest list or confirmed attendees in some capacity, even if it is a free event. This is for health and safety reasons and to help us plan ahead and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

    • If you are hosting a free event and do not have a website, we are happy to set up an RSVP on our website for you.

    • We do not currently have the capability of setting up projectors during day time events, due to the natural daylight in our studio. Please consider this if you are hosting a masterclass or something that requires screens/projectors.

    • As per our standard studio rules, all guests must respect the space and team, keep the noise to a reasonable level and return everything as it was provided. Click here to read our full terms and conditions.
